Lou received a California State University at Northridge degree in Business Office Systems in ’92 while working at a national credit card customer service department. Further education peruses including Cisco University at Yavapai, Prescott, AZ in ’04. Lou has decades of experience in all aspects of small business. He has developed custom software and automations, designed data infrastructures, built entire networks and maintains it all.
